MUSIC CLASS

WHAT ARE LINKS?

Student’s in grades K-6 participate in the link system in the music room. Classes earn links for good singing/playing, good behavior and participation. Each room has a link chain hanging in the music classroom. Once each room receives enough links to touch the ground, the students receive a “Free Day”. On this day, they get to come to music class and choose any song or activity they want to do.

Students can also earn links by attending concerts, plays or other performances throughout the school year. If a student sees a musical performance, all they have to do is bring in the program or a note from home stating the performance they went to and their class receives a link. So parent’s, your child(ren) to see as many performances and they will earn links for music class!
