Preschool Teacher's Aide
Mrs. Lavery has worked at St. Peter School
for a total of 8 years at various times. She previously worked in the EMH
program, as a Kindergarten aide and now as our preschool teacher's aide.
While growing up, Mary attended several different schools
because she was a "Navy Brat." She graduated from Quincy College with a
BFA degree in Art.
In the past, Mrs. Lavery has worked at various part-time jobs.
She has been very blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom when her children
were young.
Mrs. Lavery has been married to Rich for 31 years. He is
a stockbroker with Stifel Nicolaus. Mary and Rich have 5 children who
attended St. Peter School. Maria (Mast) -35, Jessica - 28, and Joe -27,
Mike - 23 all graduated from St. Peter School. Vanessa is 11 years old and
she is currently in 5th grade. Mary also has 3 granddaughters - Jaya,
Elena, and Kamari and one grandson - Joe.
The Lavery's have 2 pets. Freckles is a Beagle mix dog
and Bibs is a very old (15 years) cat. Mrs. Lavery enjoys reading,
scrapbooking, and playing with art nosh! Hands down, her favorite food is
Mexican food!
