                                    P.E. Teacher    

     For the last 3 years,Mrs. Niemann, along with Mrs. Peters, is one our P.E. teachers.  In the past she has been a valued substitute teacher here at St. Peters.

    Mrs. Niemann attended St. John the Baptist Grade School, Quncy Notre Dame High School and Quincy College.  She graduated from Quincy College with a degree in Physical Education.

    Mrs. Niemann taught five years at Central Jr. High School.  She spent 1/2 of the day in the classroom and the other 1/2 teaching physical education.  In addition to teaching at Central Jr. High she also taught for 5 years for preschool.

    Mrs. Niemann is married to Rich Niemann, Jr.  He is the president and C.E.O. of Niemann Foods, INC.  They have 5 children (2 girls, 3 boys) ranging in age from 16 to 25 years of age.  The oldest daughter is a speech therapist in a Kansas City Rehab center.  The oldest son is the store director at the Quincy County Market.  One is college in the an MBA progam and one is in high school.   They have horses, cats and dogs.  Mrs. Niemann's favorite hobbies include spending time with family along with all of the their sporting activities and enjoys outdoor activities and gardening.
