What's Up

                                    P.E. Teacher    

     For the last 4 years,Mrs. Niemann, along with Mrs. Peters, is one our P.E. teachers.  In the past she has been a valued substitute teacher here at St. Peters.

    Mrs. Niemann attended St. John the Baptist Grade School, Quincy Notre Dame High School and Quincy College.  She graduated from Quincy College with a degree in Physical Education.

    Mrs. Niemann taught five years at Central Jr. High School.  She spent 1/2 of the day in the classroom and the other 1/2 teaching physical education.  In addition to teaching at Central Jr. High she also taught for 5 years for preschool.

    Mrs. Niemann is married to Rich Niemann, Jr.  He is the president and C.E.O. of Niemann Foods, INC.  They have 5 children (2 girls, 3 boys).  The oldest daughter is a speech therapist in Kansas City.  The two older sons work for Niemann Foods, Inc. (County Market).   Mrs. Niemann's second daughter is a student at St. Ambrose University in the Quad Cities, getting her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.  Her youngest son is a freshmen at Maryville University in St. Louis.

    Mrs. Niemann has horses, cats and dogs.  Her favorite hobbies include spending time with family along with all of the their sporting activities and enjoys outdoor activities and gardening.
