This August, Mrs. Hufendick began her 27th year of teaching at St. Peter School.  She started teaching second grade in 1982 and then moved on to teaching third grade in 1992.  She has taught fourth grade for the past five years. 

     St. Peter is home for Mrs. Hufendick as she is a graduate of our school.  She attended Quincy Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Culver-Stockton College.

     Mrs. Hufendick and her husband, Kent, live in Ursa.  They have two daughters, Sara and Rachel. The family has a big, yellow cat named Toby .

    Mrs. Hufendick loves to read, sing, and play the guitar and the piano.
