Mrs. Janet Peters - P.E. Teacher    

      Last year Mrs. Peters, along with Mrs. Niemann,  became our P.E. teachers.  In the past she has been a valued substitute teacher here at St. Peters.

    Mrs. Peters attended St. John's (now All Saints) Grade School, QND, and Quincy College.  She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education.

    In the past Mrs. Peters taught third grade for four years at Mendon, Math and Religion for one year at St. Francis School and six years at Vermont Street Preschool.  She was both director and teacher during five of her six years at Vermont Street.

    Mrs. Peters has been married to her husband Marty for 25 years.  He is the president of Peters' Heating and Air Conditioning.  They have 4 children.  Emily, 23 years of age, graduated from Western University with a Masters in Accounting.  Currently she works at Accenture, an accounting firm in Chicago, IL.  Dominic is 22 years old and works at Peters' Heating and Air Conditioning.  Chris is 20 years old and he is a junior at Culver Stockton College.  He plays baseball for the Wildcats.  Finally, her son Lance is 15 years old.  He is a freshmen at Quincy Notre Dame.

    Mrs. Peters has a Golden Retriever named Willie,  he has been a family pet for 8 years.  Her  favorite color is blue and her favorite foods include almost everything.  She especially is addicted to chocolate.  Her hobbies include walking, biking, and working out at the YMCA.
