Mrs. Janet Peters - P.E. Teacher    

      Mrs. Peters, along with Mrs. Niemann are in their fifth year as our P.E. teachers.

    Mrs. Peters attended St. John's (now All Saints) Grade School, QND, and Quincy College.  She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education.

    In the past Mrs. Peters taught third grade for four years at Mendon, Math and Religion for one year at St. Francis School and six years at Vermont Street Preschool.  She was both director and teacher during five of her six years at Vermont Street.

    Mrs. Peters has been married to her husband Marty for 28 years.  He is the president of Peters' Heating and Air Conditioning.  They have 4 children.  Emily is married to Robert Tait.  She graduated from Western University with a Masters in Accounting.  Currently she works at Accenture, an accounting firm in Chicago, IL.  Dominic works at Peters' Heating and Air Conditioning. Chrisgraduated this year from Lindenwood University with an MBA.   Finally, her son Lance is a senior at Quincy Notre Dame.

    Mrs. Peters has a Golden Retriever named Copper and a mutt named Abbie.  Her  favorite color is blue and her favorite foods include almost everything.  She especially is addicted to chocolate.  Her hobbies include walking, biking, and working out at the YMCA.
